An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting Treetop Trek, you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

The guidelines listed below are TEMPORARY and will be lifted once it is safe to do so. Changes can occur at any time. Please understand these are set in place for the safety of everyone. 

Please note:

  • To ensure the safety of our staff, guests and animals, we’ve implemented changes to the Treetop Trek experience
  • To ensure proper social distancing, we have limited the number of guests visiting Treetop Trek each day


9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Thursday through Monday


  • All Treetop Trek guests (except passholders) must purchase a timed-entry ticket in advance online. Those wanting to do Black Diamond, please purchase a timed-entry ticket for the Challenge Reloaded course online and upgrade onsite.
  • Timed-entry tickets will be emailed to you as a PDF attachment. They can be scanned off your phone.
  • If you have a green ticket or golden wristband, please call us at 321-254-9453, ext. 253 to reserve your timed entry



  • Passholders do not need a timed-entry ticket
  • Remember to bring your pass and matching photo ID


Timed-Entry Tickets
You cannot show up at Treetop Trek without a timed-entry ticket. If you show up without a ticket, entry will be contingent on availability. Please arrive five to 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Face Masks or Facial Coverings
All adults and children ages seven years of age and older must have a mask or covering to enter Treetop Trek, and you will be required to wear it while you go through training in our briefing area. Face masks and coverings do not need to be worn once you are on the course.

Closed-Toe Shoes and Hair Ties
Please remember that in order to participate on the course, you must wear closed-toe shoes and have a hair tie to pull long hair back.

Refillable Water Bottles
To make sure you stay hydrated while on the course, please bring a refillable water bottle that can be attached to your body in some way. We have water stations available to refill your bottle, but be advised that these stations are high-touch areas even with enhanced sanitation procedures.


All guests are expected to practice six feet of social distancing while waiting in line to check in.

Only guests who arrive together will be trained together in our briefing area and put on the course together. Each party is expected to practice social distancing from another party while on the course.
