 WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

Timed-Entry Tickets
You cannot show up at Treetop Trek without a timed-entry ticket. If you show up without a ticket, entry will be contingent on availability. Please arrive five to 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Face Masks or Facial Coverings
Following the CDC guidelines that were announced May 13, 2021, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear masks while experiencing Treetop Trek.

We strongly recommend guests not fully vaccinated wear a mask during check-in and while going through training in the briefing area because you cannot social distance from other guests. However, masks may be removed once you start a course.

Closed-Toe & Heel Shoes and Hair Ties
Please remember that in order to participate on the course, you must wear closed-toe shoes and have a hair tie to pull long hair back.

Refillable Water Bottles
To make sure you stay hydrated while on the course, please bring a refillable water bottle that can be attached to your body in some way. We have water stations available to refill your bottle, but be advised that these stations are high-touch areas even with enhanced sanitation procedures.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE

All guests are expected to practice six feet of social distancing while waiting in line to check in.

Only guests who arrive together will be trained together in our briefing area and put on the course together. Each party is expected to practice social distancing from another party while on the course.

Please note that these precautions are TEMPORARY and will be lifted once it is safe to do so. Please be patient with us as we try to best accommodate guest needs and state directives.

We want to thank you, our community, for your patience and support. We look forward to seeing you back at Treetop Trek!
