An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By visiting Treetop Trek, you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

  • All Treetop Trek guests (except passholders) must purchase a timed-entry ticket in advance online. Those wanting to do Black Diamond, please purchase a timed-entry ticket for the Challenge Reloaded course online and upgrade onsite.
  • Timed-entry tickets will be emailed to you as a PDF attachment. They can be scanned off your phone.
  • If you have a green ticket or golden wristband, please call us at 321-254-9453, ext. 253 to reserve your timed entry



  • Passholders do not need a timed-entry ticket
  • Remember to bring your pass and matching photo ID


Timed-Entry Tickets
You cannot show up at Treetop Trek without a timed-entry ticket. If you show up without a ticket, entry will be contingent on availability. Please arrive five to 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

Face Masks or Facial Coverings
Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear masks while experiencing Treetop Trek.

We strongly recommend guests not fully vaccinated wear a mask during check-in and while going through training in the briefing area because you cannot social distance from other guests. However, masks may be removed once you start a course.

Closed-Toe & Heel Shoes and Hair Ties
Please remember that in order to participate on the course, you must wear closed-toe shoes and have a hair tie to pull long hair back.

Refillable Water Bottles
To make sure you stay hydrated while on the course, please bring a refillable water bottle that can be attached to your body in some way. We have water stations available to refill your bottle, but be advised that these stations are high-touch areas even with enhanced sanitation procedures.
