Attention Treetop Trekkers:

This Friday, May 22, we are hosting a group of more than 150 people. They start the courses very early in the morning. If you plan to trek with us this Friday, we recommend coming after 1 p.m.

Starting Sunday, May 24, Treetop Trek will begin summer hours, opening at 8 a.m. instead of 9 a.m. This gives our patrons a chance to beat the heat and try to avoid regular Florida afternoon thunderstorms.

Disclaimer: In Florida, thunderstorms with lightning happen regularly. For the safety of our guests, the Zoo stops all Treetop activities when thunder is heard. We are required to wait 30 minutes after the last clap of thunder is heard before resuming activities. No rainchecks available.

Dads can enjoy 50% off the following Treetop Trek courses on Father's Day, June 21: Canopy, Treetop Challenge, Black Diamond, and Zip-Only. This offer is good for dads only and cannot be used to purchase additional course admissions for guests. Offer valid only on Sunday, June 21.

All guests under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by parent or natural guardian before going on the course.

As required by Florida Statute 744.301, only a Natural Guardian (natural or adoptive parent) may sign a waiver for anyone under 18 years of age to participate on any TreeTop Trek course. No other signature is permitted under this statute.
